Ressie Stranaly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in psychology from Lake Superior State University. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialty from Walden University. During nursing school, Ressie developed a passion for mental health, and after graduation, she worked in the outpatient setting as a psychiatric nurse, where she saw the need in the Upper Peninsula for child and adolescent psychiatric providers.
Her practice will focus on children and adolescents with concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, mood and behavior disorders, psychosis, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.
Ressie and her family reside in the Upper Peninsula. She has three children and one grandchild. Ressie enjoys camping, hiking, long-distance running, and traveling.
