Sports Physical Exams
Help ensure your child is ready to safely participate in the sports they love. Sports physicals can be combined with Well‑Child Checks, during which immunizations can be given to ensure your child is up to date. If your child is not due for a Well‑Child Check, a sports physical can be completed on its own.
Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital encourages families to get their sports physicals completed at no extra charge during their annual exam. If your child doesn’t have an annual exam scheduled when you need a sports physical, they can schedule a sports physical with their family medicine provider or an alternate provider if their regular provider is unavailable for $10.
